If your purchase is not quite right or if you have accidentally received a dead parrot, our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, lest you face the Bridge of Death.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to begin your formal request for a return.

  Package with Care

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring no swallows (African or European) are trapped inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Royal Seal

  Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, covering any previous markings or spells.

• 4.
  Dispatch to the Ministry

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and wait 7-10 business days for our knights to process your refund.
